Programs and Initiatives
Training, empowering and connecting the next generation of Zimbabwean technology leaders.

Digital Skills Training
YITTA teaches coding, media production, digital entrepreneurship and network management. We focus on practical work that young people can apply immediately.
Our programs support youth aged 16 to 35 who want to build careers, earn freelance income or launch small digital businesses.
Training happens through bootcamps, workshops, school partnerships and community sessions. We meet young people where they already learn and gather.
Graduates leave with job ready skills, confidence and a clearer route into technology work.

Creative Projects
Pearl Harbour is YITTA's flagship creative initiative. It brings music, film and digital art into one platform for youth expression.
YOUTHinIT is the music component of our creative arm. It supports young artists through digital distribution, production learning and live technical support.
Creative technology skills also open careers in digital marketing, content creation and media production.

Community Partnerships
YITTA works with partners such as LPF Logistics to create community level employment and deploy real technology solutions.
We support schools with connectivity programs and help businesses improve digital infrastructure. Strong partnerships help us reach more people faster.
A good YITTA partnership has shared purpose, practical outcomes and visible benefit for Zimbabwean communities.
The Youth Innovation Hub
The planned Youth Innovation Hub will give young Zimbabweans access to equipment, mentorship, high speed internet and peers who want to build. It will be a practical space for learning, prototyping and launching technology products.
Our goal is to create a home for builders, creatives and digital entrepreneurs who need tools, guidance and community.
